The role of a ServiceNow GRC Business Analyst at WholePoint revolves around deciphering client requirements and translating them into effective Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) strategies on the ServiceNow platform. Achieving success in this position hinges on the ability to analyze and interpret diverse business needs to enable the development of GRC solutions tailored to each client's regulatory landscape, risk assessment protocols, and compliance targets. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and clients, the business analyst ensures the seamless implementation of ServiceNow GRC modules, enhancing risk mitigation, regulatory adherence, and operational efficiency. Within our organizational framework, this role serves as a pivotal bridge between technical development and business objectives, contributing to our mission of delivering client-centric GRC solutions with the utmost quality.

 Responsibilities and Duties

  • Conduct requirement gathering to identify client business objectives and evaluate current state workflows and tools.

  • Design ServiceNow GRC solutions and workflows, translating client business objectives into functional/technical requirements for the development team to implement.

  • Create requirement documents and process workflow diagrams.

  • Coordinate with development team to ensure implemented components align with solution requirements.

  • Conduct feature testing on implemented solutions.

  • Create User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases and instructions.

  • Conduct and lead UAT activities with client personnel.

  • Create training materials, user guides for client stakeholder groups.

  • Conduct live training sessions with client stakeholder groups.

 Required Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 2+ years experience as a ServiceNow analyst.

  • Eligible to get public trust clearance.

  • Proficient with ServiceNow navigation and UI.

  • Proficient with available ServiceNow configuration components.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Detail oriented, motivated, analytical, disciplined.


  Preferred Qualifications​

  • B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other IT-related discipline.

  • Experience with ServiceNow GRC workflows and processes.

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

  • Experience with integration requirements and design.

  • Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance (GRC).

  • Certified Implementation Specialist – Vendor Risk Management (VRM).
