We are seeking a skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team. This position involves working for the US government and will require the candidate to obtain security clearance. The role offers high visibility within the organization and presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to critical initiatives. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow applications, with a focus on HR service management (HRSD experience preferred but not required). You will provide technical leadership and expertise in implementing complex projects, analyzing business processes, enhancing workflows, and ensuring the platform's stability and performance. Your innovative mindset and strong problem-solving abilities will be crucial in optimizing our IT service management processes and driving the adoption of best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Proven experience in ServiceNow development and customization.

• Strong proficiency in coding.

• Demonstrated expertise in implementing complex workflows and automation solutions in ServiceNow.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to obtain security clearance for working with the US government.
